Our work

Let us introduce our projects and get to know us through our achievements.

Projects

Outside of education, Pluris XR focuses its design resources on social projects. Consulting services include UI/UX, design visualization, and even the creation of custom multi-user virtual environments (MUVEs). We also pride ourselves on previous and continuing pro bono work in the realms of art, architecture, and design.

Virtual events

The Solar Shrine

In March 2020 architect Antwane Lee from Chicago, contacted us to create the virtual version of his project: Solar Shrine. His Solar Shrine project was going to be shown at the Burning Man event in 2020 but this event was canceled and re-planned as a virtual event. This with the aim of understanding, interacting, experiencing, exploring, and perceiving the concept with Afro-futuristic roots raised by the architect Lee.

Virtual Campus

SARUP: School of Architecture and Urban Planning

SARUP Virtual Campus proposal covers the dimensions of visualization, interaction, collaboration, and enhancement of the spatial perception in architecture and design. This proposal was a collaborative project carried out by UWM, Findorff and Pluris XR.

Experimental Architecture

AHEAD: Affordable House for Emergency Assistance in Disasters

This digital proposal fabrication is a viable alternative. The idea of creating a house-sculpture that can be reproduced, that can be interactive, that can be transformed, that can give shelter to people in distress and need in the event of natural disasters, is indeed, a means to demonstrate that in conjunction with digital technology and interdisciplinary effort, solutions can be generated to resolve significant problems and challenges faced by our society.

Art Gallery

Milwaukee Art Museum (JDSP MAM) Gallery for Prince of Peace School - SETON

Visitors from anywhere in the world can congregate in the personification of an avatar in the virtual building gallery. We can all be in the gallery at the same time and enjoy the exhibition.

Conference XR

Ilustremos: UTEM

The Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana UTEM, a State University of Santiago-Chile, look to Pluris XR to take on the challenge of creating a synthetic scenario to frame ILLUSTRATIONS: 1st meeting International Illustrators and Creatives. For this event we created a headquarters in cyberspace in an alternate digital universe through MUVEs (Multi-User Virtual Environments) as tools other than platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet. This platform allows interaction in virtual reality with multiple people represented as avatars, connected, and interacting synchronously (in real time) and remotely, vanishing social, economic, and geographical barriers.
